Each application is defined by the tyre-related problem it addresses, how the ASW fits the equipment class, and its current validation status. The ASW bolt-on design fits the OEM hub without machine modification across validated configurations.
The highest-impact ASW application. Ultra-class haul trucks carry the largest payload fraction of any surface mining operation — and bear the highest tyre cost burden. TKPH limits on conventional OTR tyres constrain haul cycles and load factors. ASW eliminates TKPH as a constraint entirely.
Tyre cost, downtime, and handling risk on large wheel loaders operating in high-load, abrasive conditions. The ASW replaces the pneumatic tyre on large wheel loaders within the R29 to R63 size range — validated through engineering analysis and field deployment.
Tyre damage and downtime on wheel dozer platforms operating in high-impact ground conditions. The ASW may be applicable to wheel dozer platforms of equivalent class within the R29 to R63 size range — application suitability and validation status are confirmed with engineering for each deployment.
Tyre cost, failure, and disposal burden across other high-load industrial equipment. The ASW architecture may be adapted for applications such as slag pot carriers, heavy industrial forklifts, and cranes, subject to engineering review. Adaptation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
GACWheels conducts site-specific engineering assessment for applications outside the validated fleet. Contact us with your equipment type, tyre size range, and operating conditions — and we will evaluate compatibility.
Deployment is subject to site-specific engineering validation, risk assessment, and formal operational approval in accordance with applicable regulations and site requirements.
ASW compatibility across mine environments. Full compatibility confirmed through field deployment; partial compatibility under assessment for specific configurations.

GACWheels runs a structured fleet assessment for operations considering ASW. Provide your fleet profile — machine types, payload, operational hours, and site conditions — and GACWheels will evaluate compatibility and produce a site-specific financial model.
Tell us about your fleet. We'll follow up within one business day.
